1. Order Processing & Shipping Costs
Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days, which includes order confirmation, packaging, and quality checks.
During high-demand periods or promotional events, processing times may extend to up to 6 business days.
Shipping Fee
We charge a flat shipping fee of $6.99 per order, regardless of the delivery location within supported shipping regions.

• United States: 8–14 business days
• Canada / United Kingdom / Australia: 10–16 business days
• Other International Locations: 14–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to shipping carriers, customs procedures, or local postal services.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and shipment details.
Please note:
• Tracking information may take 1–3 business days to update after shipment
• Temporary delays in tracking updates do not necessarily mean that the package is lost
4. International Shipping & Customs
For international orders:
• Shipments may be sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) terms
• Customers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or local fees
• QovzYra™ cannot control or be responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or clearance procedures

5. Order Changes or Cancellations
Orders are processed quickly to ensure timely delivery.
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at:

Once an order enters the processing stage, it may no longer be possible to modify or cancel it.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:
• The product
• The packaging
• The shipping label
After reviewing the case, we will arrange a replacement if necessary.
Lost Packages
If the shipping carrier confirms that a package has been lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement after verification.
